University Programming Council (U.P.C.)

Looking for something to do? Well, you came to the right place! University Programming Council (UPC) is the student programming arm at the university! We are responsible for providing large scale events during Welcome Week, Homecoming, as well as things like Songfest, Movie Nights, and Valpo Vibes. Any given night you can expect to see a movie, bingo or trivia night, an illusionist, comedian, or inflatable game event sponsored by UPC!
