Valparaiso University’s College of Business has been named to the Princeton University Review’s list of the Top 50 Online Master of Business Administration (MBA) Programs for 2024. This accolade is just one of several that the Online MBA Program at the University has received in the past year.

“We are proud of ranking in The Princeton Review’s list, and of the recognition that the Online MBA Program has had elsewhere,” Niclas Erhardt Ph.D., dean of the College of Business, said. “This honor speaks to the quality, flexibility, high-touch experience, and extremely dedicated faculty that make our program a top-notch experience for students.”

The Valparaiso University MBA prides itself on flexibility, allowing for a variety of starting times for its seven-week courses and an opportunity to earn an advanced degree in as little as one year. The degree may be pursued fully online, in-person or on a hybrid schedule, ensuring that students can find a path to their degree that fits with their schedule.

This announcement comes after the U.S. World and News Report ranked Valpo’s Online MBA on its list of best programs of that type, where it ranked in the top 21% of schools on the list. The program was also named the winner of the “Best University to obtain an MBA” award in the Northwest Indiana region by Northwest Indiana Business Magazine’s 2024 Best of Business Awards. Third, the Online MBA at Valparaiso University was named to Money’s list of 2024 Best Grad School Programs, earning 4.5/5 stars.

According to students, Valparaiso University College of Business offers strong academic programs with an emphasis on values-based leadership and sustainability, thereby creating MBAs who are, according to students, well-equipped to be the leaders of the future green economy. It’s a big deal; Valpo’s commitment to moral and ethical standing has frequently been cited by students when asked to explain their choice to attend the University. Students also note that their professors bring real-world experience to the classroom to provide real-world examples that can be immediately implemented at work.
