Faculty Classroom Technology Training Opportunity

Dear Valparaiso University Faculty,

As we begin a new and unusual semester of teaching in untraditional ways, the Tech Support team from Information Technology would like to offer their support. To provide in-person support and instruction on classroom technologies prior to the start of the semester, the Tech Support team will be hosting a number of help sessions in classrooms that can be attended in-person or virtually. These sessions will focus on using the basics of Zoom for those planning to conduct hybrid courses in the Fall 2020 semester. This presentation will cover how to use the available technology in classrooms alongside Zoom.

Several sessions have been scheduled for the week of August 3–7 in ASB, Mueller, Gellersen and LeBien. In order to participate, we ask that you please complete this form to register for the session that is most convenient for you. If you would prefer to attend virtually, please be sure to indicate so on your form so that the Zoom meeting information can be shared with you in advance.
