Help Desk Tickets — Did you know that when you visit helpdesk.valpo.edu you can submit a request for assistance from more than just the IT department? You can now “put in a ticket” for the Office of the Registrar, VITAL, Advancement, and more. Just click the “Browse All” option on the lower left side of the page to view the different areas you can submit a request.
