Help Us Recruit New Students

Dear Colleagues,

As this semester draws to a close, I have a plea. The Offices of Admission and Financial Aid are in the home stretch of enrolling the Class of 2024 and are in need of faculty, staff, and current students to make themselves available to prospective students as they make their final decisions about where to attend, and/or to firm up their decisions to attend Valpo. To that end, we are now partnering with a group called Wisr, whose tool facilitates connections and empowers University constituents to build authentic relationships between themselves, alumni, and prospective students. This platform will allow students to find you and others through its smart recommendations!

Those of you interested in being a part of this would need to complete a 5-minute (or so) inventory of your academic and other interests, thereby enabling admitted students to match their interests with your expertise. Already about 45 of our colleagues have completed the profile in working with Advancement. It is easy to do.

We are convinced that by connecting prospective and deposited students with current members of the Valpo community we can still achieve our enrollment goals. But we must act quickly.
