Zhimin Lin, professor of political science, published another article on the coming US general election, “Biden vs. Trump, the show has started” in a major Chinese current affairs online publication, The Paper.
Kevin Ostoyich, professor of history, delivered the online lecture, “There by the Grace of God Did They Go: The Kisch Family Experience in Shanghai and Beyond” for the Laura and Alvin Siegal Lifelong Learning Program of Case Western Reserve University and the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage on Monday, April 27, 2020. The lecture is the first in a series of three that he has been invited to deliver. The lectures “The Singer of Shanghai: A WWII Jewish Refugee Story of Sewing and Survival,” and “Transmitting Holocaust Memory,” will be delivered in the fall.
