Q Reads at Valpo

The Institute for Leadership and Service is introducing new, virtual ways to make connections across the campus community.

While we’re all sequestered at home, many of us are turning to favorite books — new and old. Enter: “Q Reads” (short for quarantine). More than a dozen faculty, staff, and student leaders have already volunteered to talk about one of their comfort reads while stuck at home. The videos are fairly short and are a fun way for students to see some of the favorite teachers, mentors, and friends from a distance.

David Henreckson, director of the Institute for Leadership and Service, introduced the series, Allison Schuette, associate professor of English, was featured, and Janelle Love-White, director of multicultural programs, is up next. Tune into the Institute for Leadership and Service social media to stay up-to-date with the latest Q Reads.
