Submit to Scholarship and Creative Works Reception by April 1

Contingent upon resuming normal operations, Valpo faculty and staff are welcome to attend the annual Valparaiso University Scholarship and Creative Works Reception, scheduled to take place on Monday, May 4, 2020, 4:30–5:30 p.m., in the Christopher Center Community Room. The Christopher Center Library and the Office of the Provost are sponsoring the reception as part of the Academic Showcase series of year-end events. The Christopher Center Library Scholarly Communication Committee continues to plan for this year’s event while Valparaiso University closely monitors the 2019 Novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Any faculty or staff member who has published refereed scholarship, research, and/or creative work (including textbooks, books, book chapters, articles, fiction, poetry, musical composition, etc.) January 2019 – December 2019 will be honored. Please submit your scholarship and/or creative work by April 1, 2020. Please come and join other faculty in acknowledging the published work of our colleagues. We will display our faculty and staff authored books, book chapters, articles, and other works during the reception as well as archiving copies in University Archives and/or ValpoScholar, our institutional digital repository.
