Valpo Robotic Football Defeats Notre Dame
After making its debut at Notre Dame’s Robotic Football Combine in March, Valpo’s team defeated Notre Dame in a dominant match in September. The robotic football team allows students to combine engineering knowledge with athletic competition to build teamwork skills, make new friends, and have fun. It includes specialty robots including quarterback, running back, center, and kicker. With access to the College of Engineering’s manufacturing lab, students were able to create several of the robots’ operating parts on campus.
