Sarah Vining, founder of Worthy Well Empowered LLC (Worthy WE), is an Assistant Professor and BSW Field Director at Augustana University.  As a social worker, she has worked with at-risk youth throughout her social work career.  She is passionate about sharing mental wellness skills through practical applications that we can all use in our every-day lives.  This passion led her to become a certified teacher in the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) in 2020 and Sarah loves to share this model, utilizing it with her students, families, in professional workshops, and with herself and her own family.  Sarah resides in Sioux Falls with her husband and two children.  More information about Sarah and the Community Resiliency Model can be found here.
