Class Description

Body Blast is a HIIT/Circuit based class designed to give you a quick 30 minute sweat session. This class is perfect for all levels of fitness! Body blast combines aspects of cardio, plyometrics, endurance, and strength training to give you a total body workout! Get ready to have some fun!!

About Cara:

“I obtained my BS in clinical exercise science from Grand Valley State University in 2021 and have been teaching a variety of fitness types and classes for the last 8 years. Fitness has changed my life and now I hope to bring the same joy to yours.”

Hobbies/interests:

I love sports/ anything outdoors. Golf is a major love of mine. In my free time you can find me reading, working out, or involved in anything art related.
