Cycling (glow in the dark): This is a high-intensity workout all on a stationary bike. The class focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, sprints, & climbs. This class is designed for everyone from beginners to the more advanced riders. This class is cardio-based and will make you sweat, so bring lots of water. Get ready to party it up as you ride with the music blasting and in the dark!
Why Emma became a Yoga Instructor:
I became a yoga instructor because yoga helped me grow stronger in a healthy, mindful way. I want to share that with others and create encouraging spaces where individuals can both destress and challenge themselves in a healthy way.
Hobbies/interests:
I love to be outside and in my spare time, I hike, camp, and hammock. I also enjoy reading, making music, art, and coffee.
