Email Signature
The example below is the approved Valparaiso University format for email signatures. The example below can be copied and pasted in the signature settings in your email. Follow the directions below to insert the email signature into Gmail:
1. Copy email signature below.
2. Open Gmail settings and scroll down to email signature. Choose “Create new.”
3. Paste email signature into new Gmail signature.
4. Select all and change font to Verdana, normal size, black text. Your name should be bold while the rest of the signature is not.
5. If Valpo logo from below pasted into Gmail signature, delete so appropriate file can be inserted. Download Valpo logo here and save to computer. Insert into signature. Select “Medium” size option.
6. Update phone number in disclaimer, replacing #### with your Valpo extension.
7. Ensure new Gmail signature is set as default.
8. Click “Save Changes” on Gmail settings.
