Valpo LEADs 2020-2021 Cohort

Valparaiso University is pleased to announce that letters of interest are now being accepted for the 2020-2021 cohort for the Valpo Leadership Education Across Departments (LEADs) program. Valpo LEADs will begin in August of 2020. The program serves faculty and staff who are interested in developing their skills and learning more about Valparaiso University as an organization. Self-nominations are encouraged.

Any staff or faculty member who would like to be considered for one of the twelve spots in this program should write a brief, 1 to 1 ½ page letter that identifies their reasons for wanting to participate, their background, and the way in which they hope to use their
leadership skills. Applicants must also include a brief note from their immediate supervisor indicating the supervisor’s support of the nominee. Letters should be sent to Lissa.Yogan@valpo.edu by May 18, 2020.
