Values into Action/Ethical Leadership
Values are the meanings we attach to things. People assume certain basic values, rarely questioning them. It is important to know and understand your values as they are the foundation for visioning. This session will explore values and challenge participants to put them into action.

We make decisions every day. From what cereal we buy to what job offer to accept. This workshop will examine a decision making model as well as discuss how to maximize creativity and logic in decision making. The workshop provides tips and techniques that accelerate and improve the decision making process.
