PUSH for Excellence, Inc., held its 25th Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Breakfast on Jan. 19 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Themed "King's Unfinished Agenda" this year's event continued Dr. King's commitment to empowering young people through academic readiness, strength of character, and corporate financial support.

Dean Lyon Podcast with Bloomberg Law
On Jan. 21, Dean Andrea Lyon spoke with Bloomberg Law host Michael Best and Donald Stern, a former U.S. attorney for Massachusetts concerning the jury selection process for the trial of accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Colorado movie theater shooter James Holmes.

Kelly Anthony, Associate Director of Admissions, was elected as the Vice President of the Midwest Alliance of Law School Admissions (MALSA) in June for a two year term. In that role, Kelly is also the only law school representative to the Midwest Association of Pre-Law Advisors (MAPLA). Read More
