Faith Alvarez, Monalisa Dugue, Justin Ezell, Victoria Feddeler, Whitney Johnson, Cara Tegal, Rhea Torman, and Tersiet Workneh, participants in the law school's public international law representation course, drafted on interim report, "Immunities, the Genocide Convention and the Problem of Cooperation: Moving Beyond the Conundrum," which was distributed and used to guide discussion at a conference held Nov. 12-13, in Arusha, Tanzania.
