Professor David R. Cleveland's seventh article on federal court reform, Rationing Revisited: Post-Crisis Reconsideration of Federal Court Reform, 61 Clev. St. L. Rev. 48 (2013) was published by the Cleveland State Law Review. The article examines a variety of reform proposals including structural reorganization of the courts, revision of the federal judiciary's jurisdiction, and changes to case management practices.

The ContractsProf Blog, edited by Professor of Law Jeremy Telman, launched its re-design last week. As a result of the re-design, readership of the blog increased dramatically, from 200-300 visits to the site per day before to re-design the over 1500 per day.

Professor David Herzig, wrote a blog post for Tax Prof blog, about the recent IRS/Treasury ruling on same-sex marriage. The Treasury said that for federal purposes they will recognize a marriage regardless of where the couple currently lives. taxprof.typepad.com/taxprof_blog/2013/08/herzig-.html
