Faculty News Professor Negowetti spoke at the Emerging Issues in Food Law Symposium at Regent University School of Law on September 28, 2013. She discussed issues regarding "natural" food labeling. Professor Negowetti's article Defining "Natural" Foods: A Search for Meaning in the Marketplace, Courts, and State Legislatures will be published in the spring 2014 issue of the Regent University Law Review.The Brooklyn Law Review will publish Professor Geoffrey Heeren's article, "Shattering the One-Way Mirror: Discovery in Immigration Court."
