Professor David Herzig was quoted in an article for 429 Magazine.

Professor David R. Cleveland recently co-chaired the Association of Legal Writing Directors' biennial conference in Marquette, WI. This is the major conference for the organization, and concludes two years of service by Professor Cleveland as the Conference Committee Co-Chair. The ALWD 2013 conference was attended by over 170 legal writing directors and leaders. The theme of the 2013 conference was "Doing It Our Way: Learning from our Programmatic Differences and Similarities." Dean Kent D. Syverud, Chair of the Council for the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions for the Bar, gave the plenary speech on the future of legal education.
