Admissions Organization After five years of service to Valparaiso University Law School, Diann Lapin, Executive Director of Admissions, has submitted her letter of resignation, effective July 12th. During her five year tenure as Executive Director, Diann achieved several significant accomplishments including the implementation of a new application review process that involves faculty and staff; restructuring of the Law School's Visit Days to include academic preview days; and significantly improving the percentage of under-represented minorities in attendance at the Law School (16% to 33%).Diann will be teaching Humanities at the undergraduate level and pursuing her research interests. In the wake of Diann's departure, we will reorganize the Office of Admissions with Zahra Nwabara and Kelly Kruger assuming greater responsibilities. Chris Childers, Senior Executive Director, will assume oversight of the Law School's Office of Admissions. |
