Assistant Professor Nicole Negowetti will be presenting her paper A National "Natural" Standard for Food Labeling at the 2013 Food Law Colloquium, hosted by the Maine Law Review on February 23, 2013 in Portland, Maine.

Professor David Herzig was one of the tax professors who filed an Amicus Brief in the 9th Circuit case Voss v. Commissioner. It involves the deductibility of home mortgage interest.
