Professor Sy Moskowitz presented Rehnquist/Roberts Court in Historical Perspective and Professor Jeremy Telman presented Originalism: A Thing Worth Doing..., both at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law's Third Annual Constitutional Law Colloquium, held on November 2-3, 2012.

Professor Robert F. Blomquist will publish his article, "Law and Curiosity" in volume 81 of the UMKC Law Review.

Professor Faisal Kutty published the article "A celebration of the diversity and unity of humanity" in The Jakarta Post.

Professor Faisal Kutty's article, "Islamic Law, Adoptions and Kafalah", which argues that there are possibilities to reconcile Western laws and Islamic law with respect to adoptions of children from Islamic countries, was published by jurist.org
