Professor Herzig, presented at the 38th Annual Notre Dame Tax and Estate Planning Institute. (http://taxprof.typepad.com/files/nd.pdf). It is one of the top 3 institutes for practitioners and the largest in the region.

Professor Herzig's recent scholarship, Rethinking FIRPTA, was accepted for publication at the Columbia Journal of Tax Law for publication in Spring 2013.

Professor Paul Kohlhoff and his Tax Clinic students recently obtained Federal income tax exemption status under IRC 501(c)(3) for the Birchfield Memorial Foundation of Westville, Indiana.
