A new edition of "Everyday Law for Seniors," a book written by Professor Linda Whitton and co-authored with Professor Larry Frolik was featured in the NY Times New Old Age Blog.

Assistant Professor Faisal Kutty, will be the keynote speaker and a civil rights award recipient at the 10th Annual Civil Rights banquet for the Northern Ohio Chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) on Saturday, March 31st in Cleveland. He will speak on "Making Democracy Work for Everyone." Previous keynote speakers have been Michael Ratner, Center for Constitutional Rights; Professor David Cole, Georgetown Law Center; Professor Robert Pape, University of Chicago; and Professor John Mueller, Ohio State University.
