IDI Assessment Guides
LINC Director Carol Goss and Professor Stacy Hoult are licensed by IDI, LLC and are currently the two individuals at Valparaiso University who can administer the IDI assessment. Both have completed the IDI Qualifying Seminar training; they also participate in ongoing development training provided by IDI, LLC. Each is licensed by the IDI, LLC as a “Qualified Administrator,” or “QA.” At Valpo, we use the terms “IDI Assessment Guide” and “IDI Guide.” The role of the IDI Guide is to help you interpret your IDI results during an individual or group debrief meeting. The debrief meeting is a required component of the IDI tool.
When you schedule an individual debrief meeting, you may specify either Carol or Stacy to serve as your IDI Guide. Their profiles are provided below. For group debrief meetings, Carol and Stacy will generally co-lead the session.
