Classroom Technology
Valparaiso University has over 100 classroom spaces, training rooms, and computer labs equipped with classroom / presentation technology. Information Technology staff offer on-site group training on various classroom spaces around campus and are available for on-demand training for any individual space. To help with security, classroom technology carts are locked when not in use. Any staff or faculty may request a key through the IT Help Desk.
Adaptive Technology
IT is pleased to cooperate with Disability Support Services to provide equipment and services for those who need them.
Computer Workstations
Computers with Adaptive Technology are available in the Christopher Center for Library and Information Resources on campus:
- first floor, one workstation
- second floor, one workstation
The workstations are on wheelchair-adjustable electric tables and have scanners plus Windows 7 accessibility options enabled.

To request an amplified handset and TDD telephone, contact the Help Desk. Permanent installations are available in these locations:
