Going overseas? Taking part in a Study Abroad program? The OneCard Office is your local source for passport-quality photos. The service will be offered to anyone on campus or within the City of Valparaiso. A discount will be assessed to anyone with a valid Valparaiso University OneCard. This service is not limited to passports and may be used to make additional pictures for immigration documents, international drivers’ licenses, job applications, press releases, and identification cards. The OneCard Office’s passport photo service is a fast, convenient and affordable way to have your passport photos taken.

What to wear:

  • Normal street attire
  • Hat or headgear that obscure the hairline and uniforms should not be worn unless it is part of religious attire worn daily. A signed statement must be submitted with the application verifying the item is worn daily for religious reasons. However, in no case should the item or attire cover or otherwise obscure any part of the face.
  • If you normally wear prescription glasses, a hearing aid, wig, or similar articles, they should be worn for the picture.
  • Dark glasses or nonprescription glasses with tinted lenses are not acceptable unless you need them for medical reasons (in which case a medical certificate may be required).

Photos are 2″x 2″ and sold in sets of two.
Once you have your passport photos, please go to the U.S. Department of State website for information on acquiring your passport.

IMPORTANT: The passport photo service in the OneCard Office only prints the government specified photos necessary for a passport application. It does not complete any other part of the application process. You must either process your application online or at a passport application processing facility, like the one listed below:
