Anthem Provider Directory Instructions

1. Go to Anthem’s website: Anthem Website
2. From the main page click on the “Individual & Family” tab located at the top of the screen
3. Under the “Care” column click on “Find a Doctor”
4. Scroll down until you see the “Search as a Guest” menu
5. Click on “Search by Selecting a Plan or Network”
6. Select the type of care you are searching for
7. Select a state
8. Select the “Blue Access” plan
