What are you hoping to accomplish and or offer to GSAC?
I am hoping to become a leader my peers can trust and voice their needs or worries to at any point during the school year.
What are three expectations that you have of this council?
- I expect the members of the GSAC council to provide a community that graduate students can lean on and ask for help.
- I expect the members of the GSAC council to keep up with the graduate student community and continue to build upon it by incorporating the various graduate programs at Valpo.
- I expect the members of the GSAC council to recognize students for their outstanding work done at the graduate level.
How do you plan to represent graduate students on GSAC?
I plan on representing graduate students on GSAC by listening to my peers in the MSPA program by voicing their concerns and promoting their accomplishments to the GSAC council as well.
What led to your decision to become a graduate student at Valpo?
I knew I wanted to be a part of a graduate program before coming into college and I was led to Valpo’s PA program (which had a direct admit into its graduate program) and fell in love with it right away. As I made my way through undergrad, I grew to love the campus and the people even more and I am excited to begin my graduate school journey.
