Birthday Parties
Video game party? Game on! Is your child interested in having a video game party? Let the Valpo Esports Lab host your party and take care of all of your child’s gaming needs.
Cost:
- $150 for a 2 hour party
- $200 for a 3 hour party
Party Package includes
- 1-2 staff members on site to help with party logistics
- Two to three hours of gaming within the Esports Lab
- Gaming on PC or Console (Switch, Nintendo Wii). You may also bring your own console (please inform our staff ahead of time if you are bringing your own equipment, and how many)
- Choice of up to 6 of the games listed below:
- PC: Minecraft, Rocket League, Fortnite, Teamfight Tactics, League of Legends, Legends of Runeterra, Valorant, Among Us, Fall Guys, Overwatch 2
- Console: Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Mario Kart 8, Mario Party, Nintendo Switch Sports, Jackbox, Overcooked
- If available, a visit from Blaze or Beacon, the official Valparaiso University mascot
- Additional $30 added to total cost
- Food and drink options are available for purchase; additional costs may apply.
- Food/drink/gum are not allowed within the main gaming area, but we do have a designated eating and kitchen area for the party.
- **Valparaiso University prohibits food that is not pre-packaged to be brought to the Esports Arena. Cake/Cupcakes/Ice Cream are permitted to be brought in along with “goody bags” for party attendees.
- Decorations: Decorations may be placed in designated areas as part of a reservation when coordinated in advance. No glitter, no confetti. Only balloons, all decorations must leave with you, or $15 cleaning fee will apply
- Parental supervision is required
