Templates
Students and faculty members needing to create informational posters for conferences, research fairs, and senior design presentations may find links to download the appropriate templates below. Guidelines for usage are included above each download link. Note that any poster whose smaller dimension is greater than 36″ cannot be printed in the College of Engineering’s wide-format printer. Posters exceeding this maximum width must be printed through an outside firm like Staples or a reprographic company and will incur additional cost.

- Do not modify the scale of the header or footer
- Placement of logos in the header is not allowed
- The addition of logos in the footer is permissible with guidance from a faculty member, since certain design requirements must be met
Research Fairs
Students participating in the Celebration of Undergraduate Research and other research fairs may create and print an informational poster to be displayed at their presentation. In some cases, posters used for research fairs are framed outside a corresponding laboratory space in the Gellersen Center for Engineering and Mathematics. In those cases, students should inquire with their faculty advisor about the appropriate dimensions to use before their poster is printed. Follow the guidelines below when adding content to this template.
