Do you love engineering but want to expand you education? Do you want to be more marketable to industry or graduate school?Do you just love to learn? The Valparaiso University College of Engineering PLUS program may be right for you.
The Engineering PLUS Program allows you to graduate in four years with a bachelor of science in bioengineering (biomechanical track), civil engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, or mechanical engineering and supplement your major degree with a desirable complementary major or minor by adding 9 credit hours of courses in summer between your freshman and sophomore years (additional cost required).
Students who participate in Engineering PLUS program will complete a minimum of three courses from the list in the summer between their freshman and sophomore year:

- GE 109: Mechanics-Statics
- THEO 200: The Christian Tradition
- ME/CE 215: Mechanics of Materials
- ECE 251: Engineering Programming I
- Math course or a Business course
