Inclusive Excellence in STEM
The goal of this FLC is to create a culture of inclusive excellence in the STEM disciplines. To do this, we hope to equip STEM faculty with the skills needed to boost the chances of academic success for at-risk students. Some of these skills will include using Starfish data effectively, designing formative assessments, and increasing our cultural awareness. We will also identify best practices in enabling at-risk students to succeed in STEM courses.
