Sweetwine

Founded in 1972, Sweetwine is a traveling Christian music ministry at Valparaiso University, whose mission is to intentionally spread the message of Jesus through music, fellowship, and service.

The name Sweetwine came from the idea that Jesus is the “sweet wine” to our “bitter cup of life.” Jesus brings us sweet news of salvation that comes in the form of his body and blood. Sweetwine’s motto is “Live to Tell,” which means to go out and tell others about the Good News that Jesus has brought us.
