Since the spring of 2004 the Sports Administration program has sponsored a annual spring golf outing.

The Sports Administration graduate students receive hands on experience in marketing, promotions and fund raising.  University students, staff, faculty, alumni and the local community have shown support and look forward to this annual event. 

For the past 3 years the Brassie Golf Course located in Chesterton, Indiana has hosted the outing.  Last years weather conditions were not the most inviting but that did not stop it from being a hugh success. The proceeds from last years event was given to Opportunity Enterprises a local non-profit organization.

This years proceeds were donated to the Valparaiso Parks Department.

Mark you calendar's......The 6th Annual SAGO is tenatively scheduled for May 5, 2010.
