One of our departments on campus received a toner phone call scam. The caller identified herself as "Amy from Corporate Express" and tried to take a toner order. The caller offered a discount on a $250 toner cartridge.  The caller will try to keep you on the phone to gather enough information to generate an invoice.

To head off any more problems you can be assured that Corporate Express will not spontaneously call to request an order. If you receive a call like this don't offer any information and end the conversation.
