Professional Educators Partnership (PEP)

Professional Educators Partnership

Our Mission

The Professional Educators Partnership seeks to establish mutually beneficial relationships between Valparaiso University and community educators through highly effective professional development workshops and conferences aimed to improve teaching and learning.

About PEP

The Department of Education at Valparaiso University established the Professional Educators Partnership (PEP) in 2001. Today, regional educators have access to Valpo’s annual events.

The Professional Educators Partnership at Valpo offers a variety of workshops and courses to educators in Northwest Indiana. These resources help teachers stay in touch with current research and develop technology and best practices. Teachers have the opportunity to earn Professional Growth Plan points for attending conferences and workshops, as well as deepen their knowledge of the education profession. Make sure to check out our upcoming events for 2022-2023!
