The Valparaiso University Police Department will be providing a shuttle service from three campus parking lots to the Chapel beginning at 1:30 p.m. The lots are those located south of the Christopher Center, which is adjacent to the Chapel; south of Kretzmann Hall, which is immediately southeast of the Chapel; and the lot west of Huegli Hall, which also is a short walk from the Chapel. Shuttle service will continue until the majority of people have left the area of the Chapel following the ceremony.
The procession of students will form beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the West Balcony of the Chapel. The procession will begin to move into the Chapel at 2:15 p.m. so the convocation may begin promptly at 2:30 p.m.
A photographer from GradTrak will be on hand to take a picture of each graduate. The studio will contact graduates following the ceremony to show photo proofs and take orders for prints.
A DVD of the December 2009 commencement ceremony will be available at a cost of $15. Click here for more information.
